5. Nature of the Matrimonial Service

All Brahmin Matrimony is an online matrimonial search and profile-management service. Its purpose is to facilitate discovery of matrimonial profiles and introductions between eligible members.

The Platform does not guarantee that a Member will receive responses, find a suitable partner, become engaged, marry or achieve any particular matrimonial outcome.

All Brahmin Matrimony does not act as a marriage guarantor, legal advisor, financial advisor, medical advisor or independent relationship counsellor.

Every decision concerning communication, family discussions, verification, engagement and marriage remains the responsibility of the concerned individuals and their families.

Register

6. Intermediary Status

All Brahmin Matrimony functions as an online intermediary service that facilitates the publication, organisation and discovery of Member-generated matrimonial information.

Members remain responsible for the information, photographs, documents and other content they submit.

Administrative verification is intended to improve profile authenticity and platform reliability. Verification should not be interpreted as a guarantee concerning a Member's character, intentions, conduct, financial circumstances, family background or future behaviour.

Members should independently verify important matrimonial information before making personal, financial or matrimonial decisions.

Register

7. Worldwide Membership

All Brahmin Matrimony welcomes eligible Brahmin members residing in India and other countries, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and laws.

Members may provide information relating to their current country of residence, citizenship and preferred country or location after marriage, where such fields are available.

Members using the Platform outside India remain responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Register

8. Registration Policy

Registration is intended for eligible Brahmin brides, grooms and authorised parents or representatives acting with the knowledge and consent of the concerned individual.

Creating a registration does not automatically mean that the matrimonial profile is approved or visible to other Members.

Registrations are subject to the Platform's administrative review and verification requirements.

AOS reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or remove registrations where necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the Platform.

Register

9. One Member – One Account

Each individual should maintain only one active matrimonial account unless AOS has specifically authorised otherwise.

Duplicate registrations using different usernames, email addresses, telephone numbers or misleading information may be suspended, merged or removed.

Repeated attempts to create duplicate accounts after suspension or deletion may result in further restrictions.

Register

10. Identity Verification

Identity verification is an important part of the Platform's registration and profile-approval process.

Depending on the registration requirements, Members may be required to submit genuine information including:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Marital status
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Residential address
  • Educational information
  • Professional information
  • Government-issued identity proof
  • Address proof

False, forged, misleading or impersonated information may result in rejection, suspension or permanent account removal.

Register

11. Mandatory Profile Photograph

A suitable profile photograph is required as part of the registration and profile-approval process.

The photograph should reasonably represent the person whose matrimonial profile is being created.

Photographs that are misleading, excessively edited, offensive, unrelated to the Member or otherwise unsuitable may be rejected.

Additional gallery photographs may be uploaded where the Platform permits. Uploaded photographs remain subject to applicable administrative review.

Register

12. Female Privacy and Profile Photograph Option

All Brahmin Matrimony recognises that some female Members may prefer additional privacy while searching for a suitable matrimonial partner.

Where the Platform provides this facility, a female Member may choose an appropriate symbolic image, traditional artwork or AI-generated female portrait for public profile display instead of displaying her actual facial photograph.

This privacy option does not remove the requirement for genuine identity and address verification.

AI-generated or symbolic images must not be used for impersonation, deception or creation of a false identity.

Register

13. Identity and Address Proof

Members must submit clear and valid identity and address documents whenever required by the registration or verification process.

Where applicable, both sides of an identity document may be required. Submitted information should reasonably correspond with the supporting documentation.

Identity documents and address proofs are verification records and are not intended to be displayed publicly as part of a matrimonial profile.

Incomplete, inconsistent, unclear or apparently invalid documents may delay or prevent profile approval.

Register

14. Profile Approval Process

Every submitted registration is subject to administrative review before an approved matrimonial profile becomes visible according to the Platform's operating procedures.

The review may include:

  • Identity proof
  • Address proof
  • Profile photograph
  • Profile completeness
  • Email verification
  • Consistency of submitted information
  • Compliance with Platform policies

Approval remains subject to the Platform's administrative requirements and applicable law.

Register

15. Grounds for Rejection, Suspension or Removal

AOS may reject, suspend or permanently remove an account where it reasonably determines that Platform requirements or these Terms have been violated.

Examples include:

  • false identity information;
  • forged, altered or suspicious documents;
  • missing mandatory verification information;
  • misleading photographs;
  • duplicate registrations;
  • impersonation;
  • unlawful use of the Platform;
  • harassment, threats or abusive conduct;
  • spam or commercial solicitation;
  • attempted unauthorised access; and
  • violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Administrative decisions are intended to protect genuine Members and maintain the integrity of the Platform.

Register

16. Incomplete Registration Policy

Incomplete registrations may not be approved and may be removed from the active system where mandatory information or documents are not submitted within the required period.

This may include missing profile photographs, identity proof, address proof or other mandatory registration information.

A Member wishing to use the Platform after removal may be required to complete a fresh registration.

Register

17. Member Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Members must use All Brahmin Matrimony honestly, respectfully, lawfully and only for genuine matrimonial purposes.

Members are responsible for all information, photographs, documents and communications submitted through their account.

Members must respect the privacy, dignity and personal boundaries of other Members.

Register

18. Accuracy of Member Information

Members must ensure that profile information remains accurate, complete and reasonably current.

Members should update significant information when circumstances change, including marital status, occupation, education, country of residence or other important matrimonial information.

Knowingly providing false information, concealing important facts or impersonating another person is a serious violation of these Terms.

Register

19. Prohibited Activities

Members must not:

  • create fake or duplicate matrimonial profiles;
  • use another person's identity or photographs;
  • upload forged or fraudulent documents;
  • publish obscene, offensive or defamatory material;
  • harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate another Member;

  • use automated scraping tools, bots or unauthorised software;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Platform;

  • use the Platform for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership and may also be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Register

20. Member Communication

The Platform facilitates matrimonial profile discovery and introductions according to the facilities available under the applicable membership plan.

Members are expected to communicate honestly, respectfully and for genuine matrimonial purposes.

Where Members choose to communicate through telephone, WhatsApp, email or another external communication service, those communications take place directly between the Members.

AOS is not a participant in private communications occurring outside the Platform and cannot supervise or control those conversations.

Register

21. No Unrestricted Public Chat or Messenger

All Brahmin Matrimony may intentionally limit or not provide unrestricted instant messaging between Members.

Approved Members may use the contact facilities available under their applicable membership category after reviewing matrimonial profiles.

This approach is intended to encourage meaningful matrimonial communication and reduce spam, misuse and unnecessary interactions.

Register

22. Fraud Prevention and Member Safety

Administrative verification is intended to improve authenticity but does not eliminate all risks associated with online matrimonial interaction.

Members should:

  • independently verify important information before proceeding;
  • never send money without appropriate independent verification;
  • never disclose banking passwords, OTPs or confidential financial credentials;
  • verify family, employment, education and other important information where relevant;
  • exercise caution before meeting another person in private; and
  • report suspicious or abusive activity through the official support system.

AOS is not responsible for private financial transactions or personal decisions independently made by Members outside the Platform, subject to applicable law.

Register

23. Photographs, Documents and Uploaded Content

Members may upload photographs, horoscope files and other permitted information where the Platform provides such facilities.

Members must upload only content they own or are legally authorised to use.

Content containing unlawful, offensive, misleading or unauthorised copyrighted material may be rejected or removed.

Register

24. Artificial Intelligence Generated Images

Where permitted, female Members may use suitable AI-generated portraits or symbolic images as a public profile image for privacy purposes.

The Member must still provide genuine identity and address information required for administrative verification.

AI-generated images must not be used to impersonate another person, create a false identity or intentionally mislead other Members.

AOS may reject an image or suspend a profile where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an image is being used deceptively.

Register

25. Horoscope and Astrology

Uploading a horoscope PDF is optional where the Platform provides this facility.

All Brahmin Matrimony does not prepare, validate or certify horoscope charts uploaded by Members.

Horoscope matching is a matter of personal, cultural and family preference. Members who rely upon horoscope compatibility should obtain independent advice from an astrologer or use appropriate horoscope software.

Register

26. Ownership of Member-Uploaded Content

Members retain ownership of photographs, profile information and other material that they lawfully submit to the Platform.

By submitting content, Members grant AOS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and use that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, moderate, secure and improve the matrimonial service.

This operational licence ends when the relevant content is permanently removed, except to the extent retention is required by applicable law or legitimate legal, security or compliance requirements.

Register

27. Membership Policy

All Brahmin Matrimony may provide different membership categories, including Free, Paid and Premium Membership.

Features, duration, profile access and communication facilities depend upon the membership plan assigned to the account at the relevant time.

The current membership facilities are described on the Membership Comparison page.

Profile approval and paid membership activation are separate processes. A paid subscription does not replace the Platform's profile verification requirements.

Register

28. Membership Payments

Membership payments should be made only through the official payment facilities displayed through the Platform after login.

Members should not make membership payments to individuals, agents or third parties claiming to represent AOS unless the payment facility is officially displayed by the Platform.

Membership upgrades are activated after the payment has been verified according to the Platform's operational process.

Register

29. Payment Receipts, Invoices and GST

Applicable taxes, including GST where legally applicable, may be charged according to prevailing statutory requirements.

Payment receipts or applicable tax invoices may be made available through the Member's account after successful payment verification, according to the Platform's current procedures.

Members should retain their payment records and invoices for future reference.

Register

30. Refund Policy

Paid membership purchases are subject to the separate Refund Policy published by the Platform.

Members should read and understand the applicable refund conditions before making a membership payment.

Membership payment does not constitute a guarantee of marriage, compatibility, responses from other Members or any particular matrimonial outcome.

Register

31. Privacy and Personal Information

AOS recognises the importance of protecting personal information submitted by Members.

Information may be processed for legitimate Platform purposes including matrimonial services, identity verification, membership administration, customer support, fraud prevention, security and compliance with applicable law.

Members should review the separate Privacy Policy for detailed information about collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention and deletion of personal information.
