Terms & Conditions
Read the rules governing registration, verification, membership, communication, account management and responsible use of the Platform.
Terms & ConditionsAll Brahmin Matrimony, operated and maintained by Amlu Online Services (AOS), recognises the importance of protecting the personal information entrusted to the Platform by its visitors and members.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is collected, how it may be used, how verification information is handled, how members can manage their accounts and what measures are intended to protect personal information.
This policy applies to visitors, registered members, free members, paid members, premium members and other authorised users of All Brahmin Matrimony.
Matrimonial services necessarily involve certain personal information because members need to provide sufficient information to create and evaluate matrimonial profiles.
At the same time, sensitive verification documents such as identity proof and address proof are collected for administrative verification and are not intended to be displayed publicly as part of a matrimonial profile.
Members should read this Privacy Policy together with the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer and other applicable policies published on the Platform.
All Brahmin Matrimony is operated and maintained by Amlu Online Services (AOS), an India-based online services enterprise.
The Platform provides online matrimonial search and profile-management services intended for eligible members of the worldwide Brahmin community.
The Platform is administered from India. Members residing in other countries may use the Platform subject to these policies and the laws applicable to them.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected or processed through All Brahmin Matrimony in connection with:
Third-party websites or services linked from the Platform may have separate privacy policies and are not governed by this document.
Depending upon the services used and the information voluntarily submitted by a Member, the Platform may collect or process:
When creating a matrimonial account, Members may be required to provide information necessary to establish and verify the account.
Some information is necessary for profile creation and verification, while other information may be optional or dependent upon the Member's selected profile preferences.
Members are responsible for ensuring that information submitted during registration is accurate and belongs to the person whose matrimonial profile is being created.
Personal information may be collected and processed for legitimate purposes connected with operating the matrimonial service, including:
Identity verification is an important part of the All Brahmin Matrimony registration and profile-approval process.
Members may be required to submit genuine Government-issued identity documents and supporting information for administrative verification.
Verification information is used primarily to determine whether the submitted registration satisfies the Platform's identity and profile-approval requirements.
Verification does not mean that AOS guarantees the character, intentions, financial circumstances or future conduct of a Member.
Members may be required to submit valid address proof as part of the Platform's identity-verification process.
Address information is used to support verification and profile administration.
Address-proof documents are confidential verification records and are not intended to be displayed publicly to other Members.
Incomplete, unclear or inconsistent documentation may delay profile approval.
Members may be required to provide a profile photograph as part of the registration and approval process.
Photographs are used to represent the matrimonial profile and may be displayed to other Members according to the Platform's profile visibility and membership rules.
Photographs may be reviewed by administrators before approval.
Members should upload only photographs that they own or are legally authorised to use.
Where the Platform provides the facility, female Members may choose additional public-photo privacy while searching for a suitable matrimonial partner.
This may include displaying a suitable symbolic image, traditional artwork or AI-generated female portrait instead of an actual facial photograph.
This privacy option does not remove identity or address verification requirements.
AI-generated or symbolic images must not be used to impersonate another person or create a false identity.
Members may voluntarily upload a horoscope PDF where the Platform provides this facility.
Horoscope information is treated as part of the Member's matrimonial profile information and may be displayed according to the relevant profile and membership settings.
Members should avoid uploading information that they do not wish to share with other Members.
All Brahmin Matrimony does not prepare, validate or certify horoscope charts uploaded by Members.
The purpose of a matrimonial profile is to provide appropriate information to other eligible Members who are searching for a life partner.
Information that a Member voluntarily provides as part of the matrimonial profile may become visible according to the Platform's profile-visibility rules and applicable membership facilities.
Members should carefully review their profile before submitting it and should avoid including unnecessary private information in publicly visible profile fields.
Certain information is collected for administrative, verification, security or payment purposes and is not intended to form part of the publicly visible matrimonial profile.
This may include:
Access to such information is restricted according to its operational purpose and applicable access controls.
All Brahmin Matrimony facilitates matrimonial introductions and provides communication facilities according to the applicable membership category.
Members may communicate through the contact facilities made available by the Platform and, where they voluntarily choose to exchange contact details, through external services such as telephone, WhatsApp or email.
Communications occurring directly between Members through external services are outside the operational control of AOS.
When a Member purchases or upgrades membership, the Platform may process information necessary to identify the account, verify the payment and activate the applicable membership facility.
Depending upon the payment method, payment information may be processed through the relevant payment service or banking channel.
Members should use only the official payment facilities displayed through their account.
AOS does not ask Members to disclose passwords, OTPs or confidential banking credentials through ordinary customer-support communications.
Members may submit support requests concerning registration, profile approval, payments, account access, technical issues or other Platform-related matters.
Information submitted through support tickets may include the Member's username, registered email address, membership information, payment references and other details necessary to investigate and resolve the request.
Support information is used for legitimate customer-service, administrative and security purposes.
AOS may communicate with Members through registered email addresses, system notifications, support tickets or other official communication channels published by the Platform.
Such communications may relate to profile approval, account status, membership, payments, security, support requests, policy changes or important Platform announcements.
Members should keep their registered email address current and regularly check important account notifications.
Members are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their usernames, passwords and other account credentials.
Member passwords are intended to be protected using secure one-way password-storage methods and are not intended to be available to administrators in readable form.
Members should never disclose their password, OTP or confidential authentication information to another person.
If a Member suspects that an account has been compromised, the password should be changed promptly and the issue reported through the official support system where necessary.
Administrative access is intended only for legitimate Platform management, verification, moderation, security, membership, payment and support functions.
Administrators are not intended to access Member accounts for personal purposes or impersonate Members.
Administrative access may include review of information necessary for profile approval, identity verification, payment verification, moderation, support and account-management functions.
All Brahmin Matrimony may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to support normal website functionality.
These technologies may be used for purposes such as:
Members can manage or disable cookies through their browser settings. However, disabling certain cookies may prevent some Platform features from functioning correctly.
When Members access the Platform, certain technical information may be generated automatically by browsers, servers or security systems.
Depending upon the technical environment, this may include information such as IP address, browser type, operating-system information, access time, session information, security events and other technical logs.
Such information may be used for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, performance monitoring and lawful administration of the Platform.
Personal information may be processed to help identify and prevent fake profiles, duplicate registrations, impersonation, fraudulent activity, unauthorised access and misuse of the Platform.
Security-related information may also be reviewed when investigating suspicious activity or responding to reports submitted by Members.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Members should therefore also take reasonable precautions to protect their own accounts and personal information.
Members decide what optional matrimonial information they provide in their profile.
Before publishing or sharing information, Members should consider whether the information is necessary for matrimonial purposes and whether they are comfortable allowing other Members to view it.
Members should not publish highly sensitive personal information, financial credentials, passwords or security codes in profile fields or communications.
The Platform may provide links to external websites or services, including payment services, mapping services or other third-party resources.
Once a Member leaves the Platform and accesses a third-party website or service, that third party's own privacy policy and terms may apply.
AOS does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
Personal information may be disclosed or made accessible only where reasonably necessary for legitimate Platform operations, such as:
The Platform does not intend to publicly display identity documents, address proofs or passwords as part of matrimonial profiles.
AOS may disclose or retain information where required by applicable law, lawful governmental direction, court order, regulatory requirement or other legally recognised obligation.
Information may also be processed where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, unlawful activity or violations of Platform policies, subject to applicable law.
Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain account records, complete verification, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or fulfil other legitimate operational requirements.
Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods depending upon their purpose and applicable requirements.
When information is no longer required for legitimate purposes, it may be deleted or otherwise disposed of according to applicable operational and legal requirements.
Members who no longer wish to use All Brahmin Matrimony may request account deletion through the account-management facility provided by the Platform.
A deletion request may be reviewed before processing in order to prevent accidental, unauthorised or fraudulent deletion.
Once an approved deletion request has completed the deletion process, the active matrimonial profile and associated operational information are intended to be permanently removed according to the Platform's deletion procedures.
Following approved account deletion, the Platform may permanently remove information associated with the active matrimonial account, including where applicable:
Completed deletion is intended to be irreversible and the deleted profile cannot normally be restored through the Platform.
Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate destruction of every record where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes.
Limited records may be retained for purposes such as:
Such retained information should be limited to what is reasonably required for the applicable purpose and retained only for the relevant period where practicable.
AOS seeks to use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed to help protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Security measures may include restricted administrative access, password-protection practices, access controls, monitoring and other technical safeguards appropriate to the Platform environment.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure against every possible threat.
AOS may investigate suspected security incidents involving the Platform or Member information.
Where notification is required under applicable law or regulatory requirements, appropriate notifications will be made in accordance with those requirements.
Members should immediately report suspicious account activity, unauthorised access or other security concerns through the official support channels.
All Brahmin Matrimony is intended for eligible members of the worldwide Brahmin community, including Members residing outside India.
International Members should understand that the Platform is administered from India and that Indian legal and operational requirements may apply to the service.
Members accessing the Platform from another country remain responsible for complying with the privacy, data-protection and other laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.
All Brahmin Matrimony is intended for eligible individuals who satisfy the Platform's registration requirements and applicable legal requirements.
Registration should not be created for another person without appropriate knowledge and consent, except where the Platform expressly permits an authorised parent or representative to create a profile on behalf of the concerned individual.
The Platform does not intentionally seek personal information from persons who are not eligible to use the matrimonial service.
Members retain ownership of personal content that they lawfully upload to the Platform.
By submitting photographs, profile information, horoscope files or other permitted content, Members provide AOS with the limited permission necessary to store, process, display and administer that content as part of the matrimonial service.
This operational permission does not transfer ownership of the Member's lawful personal content to AOS.
Members may choose to share telephone numbers, email addresses or other contact details with another Member through permitted communication facilities.
Once information is voluntarily shared directly with another Member or through an external communication service, AOS cannot control how the receiving person may subsequently use that information.
Members should therefore exercise appropriate caution before sharing personal contact information.
Where the Platform permits parents or authorised family members to assist with a matrimonial registration, the person creating or managing the profile must have the knowledge and appropriate consent of the individual concerned.
Family members remain responsible for ensuring that information submitted on behalf of another person is accurate and authorised.
AOS may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes in law, technology, security practices, Platform functionality, business operations or data-processing procedures.
The revised policy will be published on the Platform and will become effective from the date specified in the updated version or, where no date is specified, from publication.
Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.
AOS seeks to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Indian privacy, information-technology, consumer, contractual and other relevant legal requirements.
Depending upon applicability, this may include the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, together with other legislation or regulations relevant to the Platform.
Applicable legal requirements may change from time to time. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary to reflect changes in the applicable regulatory environment.
Members may update permitted profile information through the account facilities made available by the Platform.
Members may also request account deletion according to the Platform's account-deletion procedure.
Where a Member has a question concerning personal information, verification records, account access or privacy-related matters, the Member may contact the Platform through the official support channels.
Members are responsible for ensuring that the personal and matrimonial information submitted to the Platform is accurate, complete and reasonably current.
Members should update significant information when circumstances change, including marital status, occupation, education or country of residence.
Providing false or misleading information may result in profile rejection, suspension or account removal under the Terms & Conditions.
Members who have questions regarding their personal information, profile privacy, verification documents, account deletion or other privacy-related matters may contact AOS through the official support channels.
Members with an active account should preferably use the official Ticket System where applicable.
General enquiries may also be submitted through the Contact page.
All Brahmin Matrimony is designed to combine matrimonial profile discovery with identity verification and responsible handling of member information.
