1. Should I upload my Photo and ID Proof? Is it compulsory?

Yes. Identity verification helps us avoid fake profiles and improve trustworthiness. In rare suspicious cases, our office may request ID or address proof verification.

Female users may upload female icons or AI-generated images instead of real photos, but valid ID and address proof are mandatory.

2. Why is my uploaded photo not visible?

Your profile and photos become visible only after admin approval. Until approval, other users cannot view your profile.

3. Why should I provide my postal address?

Your postal address remains private and is visible only to our office. It must match your government-issued ID proof. Profiles without proper address details may be rejected, suspended, or permanently removed.

4. Is it necessary to answer all profile questions?

Yes. The registration questions help other users understand your profile better and improve matchmaking accuracy based on community preferences.

5. I registered but did not receive an activation email. What should I do?

Most emails are delivered successfully. Please check your spam folder and ensure your email address was entered correctly.

6. Who handles Customer Care?

Our customer support executives are fluent in English, Tamil, and Telugu. They help with profile verification, photo approval, and membership support.

7. I made payment but paid features are not activated. Why?

Please refresh your browser or clear cache. Once payment verification is completed, activation confirmation will appear in your dashboard and email.

8. Will my payment be refunded if I do not find a match?

No. Payments made to All Brahmin Matrimony are non-refundable. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy carefully before payment.

9. Is there any limit to accessing contact details after payment?

Currently, there is no limit for paid members. Paid users can access unlimited profiles and contact details.

10. Can customer care find a match for me?

No. Customer care only supports activation, approvals, and technical assistance. Personal matchmaking services are not provided through customer support.

11. Is Relationship Manager service available?

Relationship Manager service is currently available only in Tamil Nadu. Additional charges may apply, and services are offered only to selected profiles.

12. I am unable to register online. What should I do?

If you are not familiar with online registration, our support team can assist you. After payment confirmation, customer care will schedule a suitable time and help complete your profile over the phone.

13. What is the WhatsApp support number?

We encourage users to use the Ticket System for queries. Paid members may contact WhatsApp support at 9994818463 with their username and mobile number.

14. Can we visit or meet your office in person?

No. This is a completely online matrimonial platform and all services are provided digitally.

15. Why am I not receiving calls or responses?

Profiles with clear and appealing photos receive better responses. Users hesitant to upload personal photos may use suitable icons or AI-generated images.

16. Why are advertisements displayed on the website?

We may display advertisements from Google or third-party partners to support portal operations. Users may use AdBlock browser extensions if they wish to avoid ads.

17. How can I cancel or delete my profile?

After login, scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and click the DELETE ACCOUNT option. Your deletion request will be reviewed by admin.

Once approved, your account will be permanently deleted and a confirmation email will be sent.

18. Why is my profile suspended?

To maintain user safety and follow Government guidelines, identity verification (KYC) may be required. Profiles under suspicion may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
